Overcoming Blogger's Block (and a Pretty Triangle Quilt)
It's been a little while since the last time I've written, and there are a few reasons for that. One, this season of our lives has turned out to be busier than I had hoped. Two, I think I have blogger's blog. Is that a thing? It must be. Surely I'm not the first blogger who has run out of ideas. And three, I'm not motivated to come up with anything to write about. I worked so hard on my last post and was so pleased with it that I feel like I can't top it. Seriously, every time I think of something to write about, I actually think to myself, "Nahh, that's such a letdown after my last post." And that's such a lame reason not to write, especially since I love writing. So, in an attempt to get over this hump, I'm posting some of my recent projects. I apologize for writing something that isn't very interesting, and I appreciate you bearing with me.
Here's a quilt I made for a friend who recently had a baby. You can find the tutorial here if you're interested.
Also, check out these adorable matching clip-on bowties!
So what about you? Any great tips on how to overcome blogger's/writer's/artist's block?
