Field Trip: Storytime at Fort Hunter

 Our family attended a story time at Fort Hunter, focused on the traditional Native American three sisters garden. The students read Three Sisters Garden, by Sandy Baker, and discussed different Native American food, culture, and farming practices. At the end, they were given the opportunity to plant their own corn, bean, and squash seeds.
