Language Arts: The Wind in the Willows

 During the last few weeks of our homeschool year, we read The Wind in the Willows. We did lots of Charlotte Mason style activities, such as narrations and copywork. The girls really enjoyed engaging with this story, and thought Toad's antics were pretty funny. We also enjoyed making peg dolls for each of the characters. I also encouraged the girls to create some scenes from the book out of Legos. Here is their rendition of Rat's house in the bank on the creek. That's all I have for today!
