Field Trips: Zoo America

 We were given a membership to Zoo America in Hershey as a Christmas gift, and we've made good use of it! It's been fun to visit the zoo many times throughout the year, and be able to see the animals in different seasons and at different times to see different behaviors. We've been following the growth of these baby tortoises for several years now.

We've noticed that the wolves are far more active in the winter.

This owl sometimes plays hide-and-seek with us!

We like to visit the nocturnal room too. 

The otters are always a favorite. We've noticed that they are also more active during the winter. 

Before we leave, we always have to measure our wingspan!
